About the Associate Analyst Role

As an Associate Analyst – Cloud Infrastructure, you will become part of Deloitte’s Engineering, AI & Data team. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor cloud infrastructure operations, handle incidents, support IT service management processes, and ensure seamless delivery of services in a 24×7 production environment.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, and enterprise support.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Analyst, you will:

• Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools.
• Track, log, and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved consistently.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Prepare operational reports and daily status updates.
• Support shift handovers for uninterrupted business operations.
• Escalate critical issues according to predefined processes.
• Provide 24×7 operational support from the Bengaluru office.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• B.Sc. or B.A. graduates.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
