About the Enterprise Talent Apprentice Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Talent Apprentice, you will:

• Support executive search and talent sourcing assignments
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and job boards
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Assist in creating sourcing plans
• Draft offer letters and support onboarding activities
• Coordinate pre-employment verification processes
• Track market trends and competitor hiring activities
• Support recruitment campaigns and hiring drives
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
• Contribute to improving talent acquisition processes

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a UGC-recognized university
• Must possess mark sheets and provisional/degree certificate

Experience

• Fresh graduates
• Candidates within 0–5 years of completing graduation

Additional Requirement

• Should not have completed any Government-regulated apprenticeship earlier
