Job Description
As part of Cognizant’s international voice process team, you will:
- Moderate listings and ensure 98%+ accuracy
- Complete assigned tasks within defined SLA/TAT timelines
- Track and improve personal performance metrics
- Maintain high standards of quality and user satisfaction
- Update accurate data on mapping tools and ensure zero customer escalations
- Identify areas of improvement and communicate them effectively
Educational Qualification
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
