Deloitte Hiring 2023: Deloitte has announced their 2nd phase of National Level Job Hiring for fresher and college students for the role of Analyst trainee.

The detailed eligibility, Exam Pattern and application process for Deloitte Recruitment 2022-2023 are given below.

Deloitte Hiring 2023 Details:

Details Eligibility Criteria:-

• Passing Out Batch:– 2023
• Degree Required:– BE/BTech/ME/Mtech/MCA
• Branch Required:– Computer Science/Allied Computer Science streams/
  Information Technology/All Circuital streams (Electrical/ Electronics)
• Percentage Criteria:– Aggregate 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above
• Age Limit:– No age Limit.
• Backlog Allowed: No active backlogs

Note:-  You will not be eligible for this hiring process if Deloitte has visited your campus in the last 6 months.

• Individuals currently employed with or by Deloitte are not eligible to apply for this role.
• The selected candidate will be on a 1-year probation from the joining date

Deloitte Hiring 2023 Exam Pattern and Selection Process:-

Deloitte Exam Consists of 2 Parts:- TEST DURATION: 90 Minutes

• Part 1:- 45 questions in the Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) format
• 1) General Aptitude:
• This section consists of 20 MCQs.
• This section will evaluate your general cognitive skills, your reasoning skills, and ability to work with data.
• Different questions have different Instructions, so you must read and understand the Instruction clearly for each question.
• A few of the questions will be based on a common premise and will appear in sequence.
• Some questions may involve basic numerical calculations, so keeping a pen and paper handy is advised.
• 2) Language Skills (English):
• This section consists of 10 MCQs.
• This section will evaluate your ability to understand and use English in the workplace.
• The questions will measure your knowledge of English vocabulary, grammar, sentence construction, sentence arrangement and overall language comprehension.
• 3) Technical Skills (MCQ):
• This section consists of 15 MCQs.
• This section will evaluate your Computer science knowledge in the chosen areas.
• The questions will cover three modern computer science topics – Machine Learning, Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.

Part 2:- Two Coding Questions

• Technical Skills (Coding):
• This section consists of 2 live programming questions.
• This section will evaluate your logical thinking, problem-solving skill, knowledge of programming language(s), and your ability to write syntactically correct code.
• You will need to write code using the provided online editor.
• You will be able to select the programming language of your choice from the given dropdown list. This will include all the commonly used languages like C, C++, C#, Java, Python etc.
• You will be able to evaluate your code by using the “Compile & Execute” option.
• If the code successfully compiles, then you will be able to see how many hidden test cases your code managed to pass/fail.
• The last version of code you submit will be considered as the final version for evaluation.

Skill Required for Deloitte Analyst Job:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to chart one’s career and build networks within the organization
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Ability to code in any programming language and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The candidate will be registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization and an appropriate government agency
