About Kelly Company:
Kelly is an opinion trading platform, where people can trade on real world events- for example will 2023 be the hottest year yet? If you believe that a new temperature record will be made this year, you can put money on Yes, and if someone else believes that it won’t, they can put money on No, and Kelly will match their opinions! The idea behind Kelly is to introduce “event contracts”, a more relatable and practical trading option vs. the popular trading instruments available today like stocks, futures, forex, etc.
We’re a pre-seed stage startup and are launching in the Philippines in September, 2023. Several prominent angel investors including founders of multiple unicorn startups have invested in Kelly.

About Kellybre Mentorship Program 2023
Internships are temporary! Kelly is thrilled to announce the launch of its Engineering Mentorship Program for college students. This initiative aims to provide talented and enthusiastic individuals with valuable mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to sky-rocket their career growth. Selected candidates will go through a program.
Compensation package:
Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 6 months. During this period, they will receive a competitive base package of INR 4,20,000 per year.
Upon successful completion of the probation period and demonstrating excellent performance, the candidates will be offered a revised compensation package of INR 15,00,000 per year.
Cash Component: INR 720,000 per year and ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan): INR 780,000
Kellybre Recruitment process / Exam Pattern / Selection Process /Program stages
Stage 1: Online Assessment (Sep 18 – Sep 22, 2023)
Candidates will be required to take an online aptitude test, which will assess their coding skills, logical reasoning, and technical knowledge. The test will be conducted remotely, and candidates will receive further instructions via email.
Stage 2: Hackathon (Sep 29 – Oct 6, 2023)
Selected candidates from Stage 1 will be invited to participate in an intensive week-long hackathon. During this hackathon, candidates will work on allocated projects in teams. The hackathon will provide a glimpse into Kelly’s engineering challenges and foster collaboration and innovation among the participants.
Stage 3: Onsite Interview (Oct 7 – Oct 8, 2023)
The top performers from the hackathon will be invited for an onsite interview at Kelly’s headquarters. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their technical skills, passion for engineering, and alignment with Kelly’s values and culture.
Offer Letters (Oct 15, 2023)
Selected candidates will receive formal offer letters outlining their roles, responsibilities, compensation package, and other relevant details.
