Job Summary
SuperProcure is looking for an enthusiastic Software Developer Intern who will take ownership of product modules and contribute to building scalable, robust, and high-performance applications. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding growing client requirements, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
This placement opportunity is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in a fast-growing product-based startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic planning and product roadmap execution
- Convert complex functional and technical requirements into architecture, design, and code
- Follow best practices for software development, documentation, and code quality
- Build reusable code and libraries for future scalability
- Design database schemas, front-end components, and back-end architecture
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely, bug-free deliveries
Required Skills & Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech degree with a Computer Science background (preferred) or Any Technical degree
- Batch – 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 Eligible
Technical Skills
- 0–1 years of experience in:
- Node.js
- React.js
- Socket.io
- Relational Databases
- DevOps basics
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures
- Ability to switch technologies and learn new tools quickly
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused
- Prior exposure to product-based companies is a plus
Academic Criteria
- Minimum 70% academic score throughout academics is mandatory
Selection & Engagement Details
- Internship Duration: As per company requirements
- Internship Stipend: ₹15,000/month
- Full-Time Conversion CTC: ₹7–9 LPA
