Job Details

Job Role – New Campus Associate

As a New Campus Associate / Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience. You may interact with customers through calls, email, chat or social media, depending on the assigned program.

The role requires candidates to understand customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions within the required timelines and consistently meet Customer Satisfaction and Productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests and inquiries through email, chat or social media.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer concerns.
• Achieve defined contact center statistics and SLAs.
• Follow non-disclosure agreements and company data security policies.
• Complete mandatory upskilling programs and e-courses.
• Attend coaching and training sessions regularly.
• Implement feedback received during coaching sessions.
• Maintain 100% schedule adherence.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute toward reducing program shrinkage.
• Work toward achieving customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Work Location

For the Chennai position, candidates should be prepared to work from the Chennai office and meet the stated 25 Km location requirement.

Working Hours & Schedule

The job involves 8 hours of working time plus a 1-hour break. Employees may be required to work 5 or 6 days per week, depending on the assigned program.

Since the role supports customer operations, candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
